Now that Tim has been a teenager for a couple of months, he's enjoying more freedom and is starting to cost us more money. Whoever said it would get better when we stopped buying diapers?
This month Tim's men's choir went to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City (4 hour drive) and 2 weeks later his jazz band and the 8th grade band went to Adventureland in Des Moines (also about 4 hours one way).
Yesterday he and 3 buddies golfed 9 holes and this afternoon he is at the Indiana Jones movie. His good friend Timmy is moving at the end of the week so Tim, Timmy, his brother Zach, and Chuck (our HS youth director) are at the movie together. Speaking of which, Kraig and I went last Friday and other than a couple of stupid parts (my interpretation), it's a great movie and classic Indiana Jones!
