Last summer we drove down to Kansas City and enjoyed (in VERY hot weather) 2 great MN Twins games vs. the KC Royals at their beautiful stadium. We've already made plans to attend 2 in early August as well as a Twins/ChiSox game at the end of July.
Despite living in Iowa, we have FSN and can watch the Twins games nearly every night (in our free time that is!) so while paying bills and balancing the checkbook tonight I caught part of the awesome comeback by the Twins in the 9th inning to tie it up and then Morneau's homerun in the 10th that led to the win.
Go Twins! And beat those Royals tomorrow, too! I can't help rubbing it in for all the Royals fans here.
