For 4 mornings our church was taken over by 650 excited kids as they learned new skills like carpentry, golf, jewelry, dance, photography, and "puppy pals". Along with the kids were over 250 volunteers including a former Iowa Hawkeye basketball player, the Bandits Arena football coach with some of the players, several KMEG TV personnel, and a Morningside College science professor. The theme was Sunnybrook Olympics and this year Pastor Jeff (Joffrey) learned not to take the advice from our HS youth director Chuck (Rocky) as they competed in several events and instead to follow God's playbook and trust Him!
