Friday night Kraig and I enjoyed an evening out with 2 other couples from church at Seekers to hear some amazing local musicians, Tony Koussa and Chad May. My favorite numbers of the night were the songs that Chad played acoustic and Tony played bass. With their vocals, it was awesome. Here's the bio from Tony's website.

If you don't know about Tony Koussa, Jr. Productions, here's a little information on us. We specialize in many styles of music such as Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Rock, Blues, Funk, and Fusion. This is a diverse list because, at age 24, Tony is a very diverse musician. He plays saxophone, piano, guitar, bass, and also has a great voice. He has been voted Best Horn Player in Northeast Ohio, shared the stage with greats such as Maceo Parker, Little Milton, Koko Taylor, Kandye Cane, Robert Lockwood Jr., Martha Munizzi, and others. He's played for former President Bill Clinton, and President George W. Bush (Inaugural Ball); opened for performers like Tony Bennett, Diana Krall, Spryo Gyra, G.E. Smith of the Saturday Night Live Band, Mannheim Steamroller, Skillet, and Salvador; and he has been featured on many recordings (gospel, blues, jazz, rock, americana).

In addition to this amazing bio, Tony is currently a worship director at a local church, so we're hoping to head there for one of their midweek believer services sometime. It was kind of weird for us to go out at 7:30 in the evening to sit at a coffee shop til 11:00, but it was a great night and we're looking forward to going there again soon!
Here's the website for Seekers:
