Last night Tim, his friend Timmy, and our high school youth director made a video to promote this summer's middle school youth mission week called In Siouxland for Good, or ISFG. In the video they throw things at our middle school youth director, Jim. Poor Jim just started at church last July, and somehow agreed to do this video! They are showing it tonight at JAM (youth group).
At ISFG the kids spend a week serving all day at various non profit agencies and homes in town and have worship, a speaker and fun in the evenings. They sleep at church and the week is treated as though they've left town (even though they haven't). In the video you will see why Tim has a blast hanging with his youth directors and friends at church. We actually had to tell Tim that he couldn't walk to church EVERY day and had to take the bus home sometimes. What a problem to have!
